Work Horse, a short game made for the Open Game Jam 2018, sees you trying to complete a bunch of tasks as fast as possible, earning money as you go.
You are a horse, trapped in a rather large room. As if by magic, various tasks appear. Computers might pop up, requiring you to button mash until they are done. Wheels need spinning a specific number of times and boxes need to be pushed over buttons. Once you have completed the needed task, you will earn money and the item will go away.
Your goal is to complete as many of these tasks as humanly (horse-aly?) possible in a very short amount of time. Some of the jobs are far easier than others, so having a good idea of what you should aim for will help you get a high score. This is balanced out by the amount of money you will earn, as faster jobs may earn you less money. This game is rather short, but it’s really fun to play through!
