Indie MEGABOOTH has put in a lot of work supporting indies over the past nine years, but due to complications from COVID-19 closing so many different conventions, they’re temporarily sunsetting for the duration of the pandemic. It’s sad to see, but given the uncertain nature of how long this pandemic will be closing conventions (among the other horrible things it’s doing), it’s a sensible decision.
That said, they still need funds to finalize any final financial obligations, as well as put what they can away for their transition into this phase of the business and prepare for their potential future. In short, they could use our help, which can easily be done through buying the games they have on sale.
There are over one hundred titles to choose from in the Indie MEGABOOTH Going Away (for now) Sale, and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. The group has excelled at picking out real ringers over the years, and a ton of those are available for cheap here. Picking a few of them up not only means you’ll be getting some great stuff to play over the coming weeks and months, but you’ll also be helping future indies get help from some fantastic people. I’m not really seeing a downside here.
