Necronator: Dead Wrong will have you compiling decks of clever orders to give to your legions of skeletons and demons so that they can effectively kill those pesky living folks.
Look at the people of the Livmore Alliance. So smug with their skin all still attached and their working lungs. It’s enough to make any skeleton hopping mad, and they need you to guide them to victory. Except you don’t have much military training. Still, maybe a deal with an ancient demi-god could give you the power and plans you’d need to overcome all of those troubling living people. Beats spending years studying at the Undead Academy, at least.
Your job is to lead these skeletal armies through lane-defense RTS combat, choosing where best to take your forces and then what they should be doing when they get there. You can set out your armies using decks of cards and spells that will allow you to effectively ruin Livmore’s day, if you play everything properly. The right commander will make a big difference in that regard, as the game will offer a variety of potential leaders that have a unique unit, special powers, and their own stories of their rise to potential evil glory.
The Early Access release of Necronator: Dead Wrong offers one campaign and one commander to experiment with, promising several other sinister (if lazy) characters to come in this silly tactical game. So, now’s a pretty good time to start taking out any grudges you have on the living.
Necronator: Dead Wrong is available now on the Humble Store and Steam Early Access.
