In Kitten Smack, you are looking to keep your cute cat head away from the GIANT MONSTER COMING TO GET YOU.
That’s right, in this beautiful little land, there are some dangers lurking about. Movement, however, is not easy in Kitten Smack. Instead of directly controlling the cat character you see, you must tap around them using your sonar to move them the way you’d like. The cat acts like a ball, rolling around in the direction you push them in.
If you need to speed things up, you can charge your hand and smack your cat, but that seems like a rather cruel last ditch effort. Either way, you will need to move quickly and carefully forward, avoiding the creature creeping up behind you.
Moving forward, you will hit walls and floating bits of land, which will stop you from outrunning the monster. Each tap also adds more sound to a bar at the bottom, which you don’t really want to fill up. These sounds are what the monster behind you hears.
Kitten Smack is a very challenging little game, but once you get in the rhythm of tapping, and have seen the environment a bit, you can start to really outrun this colorful monster.
