Office jobs are pretty boring – that is until a superhero hangs out right outside your office, catching and playing with whoever wants to jump off the roof.
TapTap Hero: Falling Rescue Simulator Inc. puts you into the shoes of said superhero, hoping to save and entertain all.
You’re a superhero who saved someone jumping from an office building. Now, everyone wants to dive off to be saved and try again, because it seemed like such a fun idea! You’ll need to be super fast if you want to save everyone and keep up this game – as each person who falls to the ground will decrease your fun meter. Saving people, however, will increase your green meter, taking you to the next level.
The process of saving people in TapTap Hero: Falling Rescue Simulator Inc. is pretty simple; you just need to tap them and they vanish, being saved. The issue is that soon, many people start falling at once. Some need several taps and burst into more people before they can be fully saved. You can see power-ups falling from the sky, which can freeze people and generally help you out, but the best power-up are the ones you pick for your hero.
Once you have unlocked three or more superpowers, you can equip at least three to your character. These appear as small circles at the bottom of the screen which slowly fill up. Once their circle is full, you can swipe the screen to make their designated design, then a very good power-up will appear. These power-ups tend to push people towards the top of the screen, giving you far more time to tap them down.
There is also a coffee cup circle in the top corner of the screen, which can fill up and normally gives you an option. You can then pick an upgrade that will help this run, though some, like making people slightly bigger, just last for a limited time. TapTap Hero: Falling Rescue Simulator Inc. does have a few other customization options as well. The background of the level screen, people falling, and your character can all be changed if you unlock more options.
This game contains a pretty simple concept, like most mobile games, but it does get very chaotic fast. I really enjoyed the game’s visuals as well, many of which ape some familiar businesses as you save people falling in front of them.
