The Bitsy Discord Community have put together a spoopy game for Halloween, one created by 14 different developers!
Each of these developers created their own levels or floors within the game, creating a large tower of different areas, characters, and puzzles to be solved. Some of these levels can result in you being killed and having to restart, while others have you trying to solve areas to move onto the next.
The first puzzle, the Catacombs, has you collecting various cat parts for the owner, while The Waterfall has you talking to the guard dog in hopes of getting to an awesome party. These levels do start to become dangerous, as the next one has you slipping on water. You’ll need to watch your step, as one wrong move means that you might have to restart the entire game.
You might think that these levels wouldn’t flow together, being made by all of these different developers – but Spooky Tower does work well. The music sounds great together, the visuals are classic Bitsy style and match, and the game itself seems like an epic tower adventure, perfect for this time of year.
